08.2019 Team Building for the first time in Phan Thiet

To mark the nearly 5-year journey of establishing the company in Vietnam: although established during the Covid 19 pandemic, it is still on the road to operation and development. At the same time, creating a bond between members who have been with the company for a long time, in December 2022 the company organized a team building session in Mui Ne, Phan Thiet province so that employees have the opportunity to talk and share together. share with each other.

Participating in this activity were also the CEO from Japan, Mr. Nakashima Hiroshi, General Director Loi and all employees in Vietnam.

After more than 6 hours departing from Ho Chi Minh City, the team arrived at the resting place and mentally prepared for activities such as visiting the rocky beach, fishing wharf, taking souvenir photos with the symbol "Mui Ne".

In the evening, the team visited the night scene at the beach together, chatted intimately and enjoyed delicious coastal specialties.

The next morning, the team moved to visit sand dunes and wine cellars. In the afternoon, end the trip together and return to the company.

This is the first time members of the FBS Vietnam team have the opportunity to interact with each other and learn more about the concept of living beyond the framework of daily work. Through this, everyone has understood and sympathized with each other better, shared more about work goals, together created a united and strong team, helping FBS Vietnam develop more and complete the goals in the beginning
